In Metro Manila, these are provided to clinics and health centers in areas enrolled under the Community Empowerment thru Science and Technology (CEST) Program.

A training on the proper usage and management of the equipment conducted from July 19-20 was also facilitated by the DOST-NCR, in partnership with speakers from the University of the Philippines-National Telehealth Center. Barangay Health Workers and nurses of the said clinic attended the event.
