DOST-NCR Gets CSC Prime HRM Level II Recognition for 2 Systems
The DOST-National Capital Region received its Level 2 Accreditation Award (Process-defined Human Resource Management) of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) awarded by the Civil Service Commission – National Capital Region (CSC-NCR) on 04 July 2022.
The award recognizes DOST-NCR’s commitment to further improve its human resource management system under the two (2) core HR systems namely: Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).
Pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 3, series of 2012, the Prime HRM aims to further elevate government agencies’ human resource management standard, practices, and competencies toward HR excellence under the four (4) maturity levels which include Level I Transactional HRM, Level II Process-Defined HRM, Level III Integrated HRM, and Level IV Strategic HRM.
DOST-NCR Regional Director Jose B. Patalinjug III together with the working teams for both PRIME-HRM systems received the award, and further committed to intensify and develop its human resource system with efficiency and effectiveness in delivering S&T services in the Region.
The Certificate of Recognition (dated 10 June 2022) was presented by CSC-NCR DOST Field Office Director Margarita G. Reyes.
